Refund Policy
Exchanges and returns
We accept exchanges within 30 days. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. As soon as we receive the returned pair, we will proceed with sending the new size.
The boots must be returned in perfect condition and without any signs of use. Otherwise, the exchange or return cannot be validated and will not be accepted.
We also kindly ask you to pay attention to the following points:

The boots must be sent in the original box in which they were delivered.

The invoice or the order number must be placed inside the box so that we can correctly identify the process.

The boots should be carefully packed and properly protected to avoid any damage during transport.
It is very important that all documentation accompanies the shipment, as missing documentation may cause delays in customs clearance or, in some cases, may even prevent the process from being completed.
Note: We can only accept 1 exchange per order if you need to change sizes or products. Please let us know if you have any sizing questions before placing an order.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you do not pick up the order, you may not pay customs duties at the destination, or the order will be returned to us for a reason beyond our control. If you receive a refund, the cost send shipping and return costs will be deducted from the refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The second exchange shipment is free of charge.
However, second exchange shipments to remote areas have an additional cost of €40.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Cancellations
If there is an issue with your purchase after you've made your purchase please email us at click here. You may cancel your purchase within 24 hours of placing your order.
Production information
We are a family-run company that produces on a small scale, ensuring care and attention in every piece. Due to our artisanal process, some models may be temporarily unavailable while they are being produced.
The estimated timeframe for making new products is usually two to three weeks, depending on the model and the requested size. We appreciate your understanding and patience, and we are always available to confirm availability and help you choose the desired size or model.
In the case of custom orders (for customers who have already purchased from us), the timeframe is normally longer, usually taking around three to four weeks.
