Tejo Black Boots

So I ordered my pair of boots mid November and got them between Christmas and New Year, they were responsive when I wrote about the delay and explained that it was because of the amount of orders. Had no problem with it and was very happy when I got my boots, sadly they were too big for me so on the 2nd of January I started the return process and they told me they would send me instructions via email, after two weeks of no response I wrote another email asking for help in how to resolve the issue and still nothing until today. I just gave up and assumed I just lost my money and gave the boots away to a friend. Would not buy again from the store.

These boots are made with love and integrity. I feel like a badass walking in them also. Can’t wait to purchase more from this brand in the future. I will say though, almost two weeks went by and the order still never shipped and I tried to message through the website and the email didn’t go through. I messaged on Instagram and got a message back pretty quickly and they explained that they were in the process of making more of the product/size I ordered. The very next day I received a confirmation that my order was on its way! So it took over three weeks to receive them in the U.S. but even so, I would still say it ended up being good customer service. Good stuff from this brand.

I simply did not know boots could be this comfortable. Can't wait to get a pair of tamegas and guadianas to compare. Really, really impressed.
